We come from Walluf and have been looking for a good Italian for a long time. Unfortunately there is no longer a good one here in town. We have tested quite a few, unfortunately with little success. Well the good news, we've found him. There were four of us and everyone loved it. For my part, I will be a new regular at Da Gaetano.

The location and the food was always really tasty, but I can only advise against using the delivery service. Pizza with totally wrong toppings and totally burnt. Ruined evening ...

Gaetano is a very good person but as owner no.I worked in 2015 until 2016 still has to pay 2 salaries, promises, promises and then .. Let's hope he doesn't do this with others.

Very warm welcome and service of the original Italian owner. The bruscetta up front and then the saltimbocca was to die for.

Good prices, quality of the food (very thick pizza base, cocktail sauce on side salad!? ..) and the service (forgotten several times, grumpy service) could be expanded.

Very friendly service and the starter as well as the pizza was very tasty. Cozy ambience in a renovated barn. I would visit again at any time.

Being Italian, we probably set the bar high when eating at Italian restaurants, especially abroad, and are often disappointed. But this time, despite our low expectations going in, we were dissatisfied. The house salad (nothing to do with Italy) was overwhelmed by cheap balsamic vinegar and an unrecognisable plastic-type of cheese, the sauce of ravioli was not with “salsiccia” but some sort of German surrogate, and the pizza both heavy and elastic … Last but not least, the bill was very substantial (half a portion (i.e. two spinach and ricotta ravioli, although huge in size, for €11.00 ?!?!) and the “friendliness” of the owner overpowering, especially since he thought it would only be appropriate to tip himself with €3 without even asking (the credit card machine was indeed broken that night, what a coincidence …). It’s a No No from us on all fronts.

Very nice place. I took tagliatelle allo scoglio. ? Delicious. I also taste pizza. I highly recommend it.

Can only report positive. Food was there in 15 minutes. Prices are completely reasonable. Pizza was delicious and also the homemade ravioli. The Tiramisu has everything super rounded. Finally, there was a free Marsala?
